As America moved closer to war, the United States Postal Service created more commemorative stamps. The Golden Age of Commemorative Stamps features 7 mint United States Postage Stamps from 1939 and 6 stamps from 1949. All of the stamps are mint and of the 3 cent denomination. The commemorative stamps celebrate the United States rich cultural and social backgrounds from education to history and literature. The two card item comes in a poly bag with a Certificate of Authenticity.
